We are BEYOND happy to announce that La Fille has been accepted by the Ramaskrik Film Festival in Norway! We are in competition in the Méliès D'Argent for best European short! We wrapped shooting pick up scenes for the short horror film La Fille, in Belgium. This is a production between Harald House and Blue Paper Film Works. Another market for one of our projects! The Shepherd is an official selection for the Frontières Fantasia International Co-Production market. The Market showcases 20 genre-focused projects in development (10 European and 10 North American) which are presented to a large and diverse group of prominent industry professionals (producers, financiers, sales agents, distributors). Normally happening in Montréal, this year the market will be virtual, due to the pandemic. Read more about our project and others here: https://frontieresmarket.com/en/coproduction-market/2020

April 3, 2017

We mourn the loss of one of our writers and collaborators, Jason Tremblay, after a long battle with cancer. He was 39. Jason was an accomplished playwright with his company, Theater Heroes, in addition to writing numerous scripts for Blue Paper Film Works. He was a co-writer for In the Shadow, and wrote What's the Use? His creativity and insight into the story-telling process will be missed, as will his wit and honesty. We love you, Jason!
